Our domestic rewiring services cost £60 per point, covering labor for the first and second fix:
First Fix: Installation of wiring and back boxes.
Second Fix: Fitting sockets, switches, and light fixtures.Materials and Accessories: The cost does not include materials, accessories, or the fuse box, which can be quoted separately.
Each "point" refers to an outlet, switch, or light fitting. For instance, a room with two lights, four switches, and three sockets would count as nine points.
Commercial rewire

Our commercial rewiring services cost £70 per point, including labor for both first and second fixes:
- **First Fix**: Installation of wiring and back boxes.
- **Second Fix**: Fitting sockets, switches, and light fixtures.
**Exclusions**: Materials, accessories, and the fuse box are quoted separately.
